HGV Driver

Specific responsibilities include:
- Collecting electronic assets from client locations and transporting them to the ITAD facility using a designated truck or lorry.
- Loading and unloading electronic assets from the truck or lorry in a safe and secure manner, ensuring that no damage is caused during transit.
- Following all relevant safety regulations and driving laws, including maintaining appropriate speed limits and adhering to rest break requirements.
- Communicating with the ITAD team regarding any delays or issues that may arise during transportation.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the truck or lorry, including performing regular inspections and ensuring that any necessary repairs are made.
- Overall, the HGV driver plays a critical role in the ITAD process by safely transporting electronic assets from the client's location to the ITAD facility, ensuring that they are ready for further processing and disposal.
